So I dislike Scammers and it makes me want to track these scumbags down and punch them in the face.
While I initially thought it was a legitimate email, I was never thinking of registering any domains other then NerdBlurt.com. NerdBlurt name is as in my reply currently in the process of becoming a registered trademark to me.
I wanted to share with you all the below email in hopes to help any of you should you receive this type of email. I wouldn’t even open it, just delete it and mark as spam. ( I removed all hyper links)

Thank you for your email. I would not approve of anyone using the NerdBlurt domains or likeness, other then myself as it does affect the NerdBlurt Brand in all it’s entirety. It is currently in the process of being a registered trademark to myself here in the United states.
Blurt Media Group
Doing what we all do I went to the googles and put in the companies name that wanted to trademark nerdblurt. I cam across FraudWatchers.org
I then read the following post. http://www.fraudwatchers.org/forums/showthread.php?p=173071
Here is my verification document from the Trademark department of this great nation.
I will say this I was about to forward the information to my legal team asI take the NerdBlurt name very serious. I don’t want anyone defacing it and trying to utilize what I have built without my permission.
I also want you all to be aware of things like this, the more people share
